As laws tighten, poorly conceived Martech stack is unable to comply well, and the risk can aggravate

Forward thinking and successful marketers that I have met have a holistic mindset and get systems thinking

They recognize the need for integrated - processes, tech, and data, and collaborate more with technology partners

As a result, they are at the forefront of digital transformation and continue to be the voice of the customer

Those who don't, risk fines, embarrassment, and a diminished voice of their customer

The dilemma today is to either live with the status quo or recognize that the time to play from the fences is over
