Rectification and erasure commonly referred to as Request to be forgotten (RTBF)

Any data subject has the right to request their information be removed within 30 days. 

​

Impact

​

Personal information is often spread across multiple standard or custom objects. The most common objects are Leads, Contacts, Person Accounts and Users.

 

As lead is converted to contact/person account, the personal information is replicated and stored in multiple objects.

Solutions

​

Manual: Locate all customer data using flows or APEX to find records that require deletion.​

​
